ServMask Inc. Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 28, 2025
Introduction
ServMask Inc. ("ServMask", "we", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices and rights regarding your information. It applies to our websites, products, and services (including the All-in-One WP Migration plugin and related extensions), collectively referred to as our Services. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), to safeguard your information and respect your privacy rights.
Company Information
ServMask Inc. is the company responsible for your personal data (the "data controller" under GDPR). Our company is located at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, USA. If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or your personal data, you can contact us at privacy@servmask.com.
Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from you, depending on how you interact with us. This may include:
- Contact Information: Your name and email address (for example, when you create an account, subscribe to a newsletter, or contact support).
- Identifiers: Technical information like your IP address and browser user agent, which are collected when you visit our website or use our Services.
- Account and Transaction Data: Information related to purchases you make from us. This includes details like your billing name, billing email, purchase history, and license keys for our products. (Note: We do not store full payment card details; those are handled securely by our payment processors.)
- Website Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our website, such as pages visited, clicks, and time spent on site. We collect this via cookies and analytics tools to better understand the usage of our site.
- Support Communications: If you reach out to us for help (via email or our support ticket system), we collect the information you provide in your request. This can include your contact details and the content of your messages or any attachments you send us.
- Backup Files: If you use our Services to upload website backup files (for example, via our All-in-One WP Migration plugin and its cloud storage extensions), we will collect and store those backup files. These files may contain personal data from your website (such as database content, images, etc.) that you have chosen to back up.
We consider any information that identifies or can be reasonably linked to an individual as "personal data" or "personal information." You may choose not to provide certain personal data, but doing so might limit your ability to use some features of our Services (for instance, we need an email address to create an account).
How We Collect Data
We collect personal information in a few different ways:
-
Directly from You: Most of the data we collect comes directly from you. For example, when you fill out a form on our website (such as a contact form or newsletter signup), when you register for an account, or when you make a purchase through our checkout (WooCommerce) form, you provide us with personal information. Similarly, you provide data when you submit a support ticket or send us an email.
-
Through Our Software and Services: When you use our WordPress plugin or related services, certain data may be sent to us automatically. For instance, when you activate a product license or check for updates from your WordPress site, our systems receive information like your site's URL, the license key, and your IP address to verify your license and provide updates.
-
Automatically via Technology: Some data is collected automatically as you interact with our website or Services:
- We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and analytics scripts) to collect information about your browsing actions and usage patterns on our site. For example, we might log that a user from a certain IP address visited a particular page at a certain time.
- Our web servers also automatically log certain information when you access our site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
- We use Google Analytics (see the Third-Party Services section below) to help gather usage data and statistics about visitors to our website.
-
During Purchases (Payment Information): If you make a purchase on our site, the payment details are handled by third-party payment processors (like Stripe or PayPal). Those processors provide us with limited information about the transaction — such as your name, email, billing address, and a payment confirmation. We do not receive or store your full credit card number or payment credentials; that information goes directly to the payment processor.
-
Customer Support Platform: We use a third-party support ticket system (Freshdesk) for managing support inquiries. When you submit a ticket, the information is collected through that platform and made available to us so we can respond. The data collected includes what you submit (your contact info and problem description) and any subsequent communications in the ticket thread.
In all cases, we only collect information that is necessary for the purposes described in this policy. If we ask for personal data that is optional, we will make that clear at the time of collection.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Provide Our Services: We process data to deliver the products or services you've requested. For example, we use your information to create and manage your user account, enable plugin functionality (such as backups or migrations), and fulfill purchases (e.g. validating your license for our software).
- To Manage and Support Your Account: This includes using your contact and account information to identify you, respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and send you important communications about your use of the Services (such as password reset emails, support responses, or critical updates about our products).
- To Process Transactions: We use necessary personal information to process payments for purchases you make. This involves working with payment processors to charge your credit card or PayPal account and to keep records of those transactions.
- To Send Service Updates and Notices: We may email you with information about software updates, security advisories, or administrative messages related to a product you've obtained from us. These are not marketing emails but are part of maintaining our Services and keeping you informed of important information (for example, information about changes to our software or policies).
- To Send Newsletters or Marketing Communications: If you have signed up for our newsletter or agreed to receive promotional emails, we will use your name and email to send you product news, special offers, or tips. You can opt out of these messages at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us.
- To Improve Our Services and Website: We analyze usage data (like website analytics and user feedback) to understand how our Services are used. This helps us troubleshoot problems, optimize user experience, and develop new features. For example, aggregated statistics might tell us which features are most popular or where users might be encountering issues, so we can improve those areas.
- To Ensure Security and Prevent Fraud: Personal data such as IP addresses and log information are used to help protect our Services and users. We may use this information to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, license misuse, unauthorized access, attacks, or other illegal activities. This helps us keep our Services safe and secure.
- To Comply with Legal Obligations: In certain cases, we must process personal information to meet our legal and regulatory responsibilities. For example, we keep transaction records for accounting and tax purposes, and we may need to disclose information in response to lawful requests by public authorities or to comply with court orders.
- For Legitimate Business Interests: We may use data as necessary for other legitimate interests, such as maintaining the functionality of our website, conducting audits, training our staff, or for corporate governance and reporting. When we rely on legitimate interests, we ensure that we consider and balance any potential impact on your rights.
We will not use your personal information for purposes that are not compatible with those listed above unless we obtain your consent or are required/allowed by law to do so.
Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or another region with similar data protection laws, we must have a valid "legal basis" to process your personal data. Depending on the context, ServMask relies on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: We process your personal data if you have given us clear consent to do so for a specific purpose. For example, we rely on consent to send you marketing emails or to place non-essential cookies on your device. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, which will stop the future processing of your data for that purpose.
- Contract: We process personal data when it's necessary to fulfill a contract with you, or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For instance, when you purchase a product or service from us, we need to use your personal information to complete the transaction and provide what you've paid for.
- Legal Obligation: We will process personal data when we have a legal obligation to do so. This includes compliance with laws and regulations (for example, keeping records for tax purposes or providing information if required by a lawful request from authorities).
- Legitimate Interests: We may process data as necessary for our legitimate business interests (or those of a third party), provided that your rights and interests do not override those interests. For example, it's in our legitimate interest to understand how customers use our products, to secure our Services, or to improve our offerings. If we rely on legitimate interests, we will ensure such processing is done in a way that is minimally intrusive and respects your privacy.
If you have questions about the specific legal basis for any processing of your personal data, please contact us and we will clarify how your data is being handled in accordance with the law.
Third-Party Services and Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we do share certain information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business, as well as in a few other circumstances described below:
Service Providers:
We use third-party companies to assist in providing our Services. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their specific functions, and we require them to protect your data and use it only for our purposes. Our key service providers include:
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze website traffic information. Google may set cookies or use other identifiers to gather usage data (such as your IP address and browsing behavior on our site). This helps us understand website visitors and improve our site. (If you prefer not to be included in Google Analytics tracking, you can opt out using the Google Analytics browser add-on or via our cookie consent tools.)
- Stripe: If you pay by credit or debit card, your payment is processed through Stripe. Stripe will receive your payment information (like card number, expiration date, and billing info) to process the transaction. We receive from Stripe a confirmation of payment and details like your name, email, and transaction amount, but we do not see or store your full card details. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor that secures your financial data.
- PayPal: If you choose to pay via PayPal, the payment is handled by PayPal. Similar to Stripe, PayPal collects your payment details on their secure platform. We get notified of the payment and necessary information (like your name, email, and the amount paid). We do not receive your bank account or credit card numbers from PayPal.
- Freshdesk: We use Freshdesk as our customer support ticket system. When you submit a support query through our helpdesk or via email, your request is logged in Freshdesk. This means your name, email, and the content of your inquiry (and our correspondence with you) are stored on Freshdesk's servers. This allows our support team to manage and respond to your tickets efficiently.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS S3): For users who utilize our backup storage features, backup files you upload may be stored on Amazon S3 (a cloud storage service provided by Amazon Web Services). These files are kept secure and are used only for the purpose of providing you with backup and restoration functionality. Access to these backups is restricted to you and authorized ServMask personnel or systems that need to maintain the service.
Other Sharing Circumstances:
In addition to our service providers, we may also disclose your information in a few special situations:
- Legal Requirements and Protection: If we are under a duty to disclose or share data in order to comply with a legal obligation, we will do so. This includes responding to lawful requests by public authorities (such as a court order, subpoena, or government demand) or to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. We may also share information when we believe it is necessary to enforce our Terms and Conditions or other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ServMask, our users, or others (for example, to prevent fraud or credit risk).
- Business Transfers: If ServMask is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or other business transaction, your information may be transferred to the successor or acquiring entity as part of that deal. If such a transfer happens, we will ensure the recipient respects your personal data in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy, and we will notify you (for example, via email or a notice on our site) of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
- With Your Consent: If you request or give us permission to share your information with a third party, we will do so. For instance, if you participate in a promotion or integration that involves another organization (and you opt-in to share your information), we will share it as needed to fulfill that request.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent. Specifically, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share data with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising) as defined under California law.
Any third parties with whom we share data are either acting as our "processors" (processing data on our behalf under our instructions and data protection agreements) or, in some cases, as independent controllers (for example, payment providers like PayPal that handle your data for their own compliance purposes). We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services to learn about their practices. However, we have contracts and safeguards in place to ensure that anyone who processes personal data on our behalf protects it and uses it only for the services they are providing to us.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide, personalize, and improve our Services.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. They often include an anonymous unique identifier. We use cookies for several reasons:
- Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the operation of our site and Services. For example, they enable you to log in to your account, keep items in your shopping cart, or facilitate secure payment processing. Without these cookies, certain features may not work correctly.
- Analytics Cookies: We use analytics tools (like Google Analytics) that set cookies to collect information about how visitors use our site. This information helps us understand things like which pages are most popular, how users navigate through our website, and if they encounter errors. The data collected is generally aggregated and not intended to identify you personally. We use it to improve the user experience and performance of our website.
- Preference Cookies: These cookies remember your choices and preferences on our site (such as language selection or other settings) to provide a more personalized experience. They make your interactions with our site smoother by remembering certain settings you have selected.
- Marketing Cookies: We may use cookies or pixels from third parties to help with our marketing efforts (for instance, to understand the effectiveness of our ads or to show you ServMask ads on other websites you visit). If we do, those cookies may track your browsing behavior on our site and other sites to provide you with targeted advertising relevant to our products. We will only use such cookies where permitted by law and with your consent when required.
Cookie Consent & Control:
When you first visit our site, you will see a cookie banner or notice that allows you to accept or manage non-essential cookies. You have the choice to allow or refuse certain categories of cookies. Even after you consent, you can always change your mind:
- You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or delete existing cookies. Most browsers also let you see what cookies you have and delete them on a one-by-one basis. Note: If you disable all cookies (including essential cookies) in your browser settings, some parts of our site might not function properly.
- To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, which prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on your visits.
- For other third-party advertising cookies, you can often opt out via industry websites (such as the Network Advertising Initiative's opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out page) if those cookies are present on our site.
For more details on the cookies and trackers we use, you can refer to our Cookie Policy or adjust your preferences via the cookie settings on our site. By using our site with cookies enabled, you consent to our use of cookies as described here. You can withdraw or modify your cookie consent at any time through our website's cookie management tool or your browser settings.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of providing our Services and satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. How long we keep data depends on the type of information and the purpose for its use:
- Account Information: If you have an account or license with us, we will retain your account data while your account is active or as long as needed to provide you with the Services. If you decide to close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except for data we are required or permitted to keep by law.
- Transaction Data: Purchase and payment records are retained to complete the transaction and thereafter as required for business and legal purposes. For example, we keep invoice and payment information for a number of years to comply with tax and financial regulations. Even if you request deletion of your data, we may need to retain certain information for record-keeping (we will inform you if this is the case).
- Support Tickets: Information you provide in support requests (emails, tickets, chat logs) may be retained for a period of time to help us manage your account and improve our services. For instance, having a history of your support issues can help us assist you better in the future. These communications will typically be retained as long as you have an account with us, unless you request their deletion sooner and we no longer need them.
- Backup Files: Any backup files you upload via our Services are retained until you delete them or for the duration of the backup service you've subscribed to. If you remove a backup file from our service, it will be deleted from our active systems, though it might remain temporarily in secure backups before being purged.
- Analytics Data: We may retain aggregate analytics data (which is not directly identifiable) indefinitely to help us understand long-term trends in our business. However, any analytics data tied to identifiers (like IP addresses) is typically retained for a shorter period (for example, Google Analytics data retention settings may be set to 26 months or a similar timeframe).
- Legal Holds: In certain cases, we may need to retain data for longer if it is subject to a legal hold or is relevant to a legal dispute. In such cases, we will retain the data until the issue is resolved and deletion is permitted.
Once the applicable retention period has expired, or if we no longer need your data for the purposes we collected it, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal information. If immediate deletion is not possible (for example, because the data is stored in a backup archive that is not easily accessible), we will securely store the data and isolate it from further use until deletion is possible.
Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement a variety of measures to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption: Our website is secured via SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS). This means that any data transmitted between your browser and our site (such as when you enter personal information on a form or make a purchase) is encrypted in transit. For sensitive data stored on our servers, we employ encryption and secure protocols where appropriate.
- Secure Infrastructure: We host our Services on reputable cloud and hosting providers that maintain high security standards. Our servers are protected by firewalls and monitored for potential vulnerabilities. We apply regular software updates and security patches to keep our systems up to date.
- Access Controls: Personal data is accessible only to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job duties (for example, support staff assisting you or developers troubleshooting an issue). Access to sensitive systems and data is protected by strong authentication measures (such as strong passwords and, where possible, two-factor authentication) and is logged for security auditing.
- Data Minimization: We limit the personal data we collect and store to what is necessary for the purposes described in this policy. If we don't need certain information, we don't ask for it, and we don't keep data longer than needed. By minimizing what we store, we reduce the risk associated with holding personal information.
- Employee Training and Policies: Our team members are trained on data privacy and security practices. We have internal policies in place to safeguard personal data and protocols to follow in the event of a security incident. We also limit internal access to personal data based on role and necessity.
- Third-Party Security: When we use third-party service providers (like those mentioned above), we choose reputable companies and require them to have appropriate security measures. For example, our payment processors are PCI-DSS compliant (a strict security standard for handling payment information), and our cloud providers have robust physical and network security controls.
Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.
International Data Transfers
ServMask Inc. is a company based in the United States, but we serve users around the world. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, be aware that your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those in your country of residence.
Whenever we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law. For example:
- If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK and we transfer your data to the U.S. or another country outside the EEA/UK, we will do so under approved transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other legally recognized safeguards. This means your data is afforded a similar level of protection as it would be under European law.
- Our third-party service providers that process data internationally are also required to implement safeguards. For instance, providers like Google, Stripe, and AWS are certified under international frameworks or use contractual protections for data transfers where applicable.
By using our Services or providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to other countries as described above. We will always handle your information securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, wherever it is processed.
If you have questions about our international data transfer practices, please contact us using the information provided in the Contact Us section.
Your Privacy Rights
You have certain rights and choices regarding your personal information. We want you to be aware of these options and how you can exercise them. Your rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction, but we have outlined the key rights generally afforded to individuals:
- Right to Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, as well as information about how we use it. This is sometimes called a "Data Subject Access Request." We will provide you with a summary of the data we have about you, and in many cases can give you this data in a portable format.
- Right to Rectification: If any of your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct or update it. We encourage you to keep your account information up to date, and you can also contact us at any time to have errors fixed.
- Right to Erasure: You can request that we delete your personal data. This is sometimes known as the "right to be forgotten." For example, if you withdraw your consent or if you no longer want to use our Services, you can ask us to remove the information we have about you. Do note that we might need to retain certain data for legal or legitimate business reasons (we will inform you if so), but we will comply with deletion requests to the fullest extent required.
- Right to Data Portability: You have the right to obtain your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to have that data transmitted to another controller where technically feasible. This right typically applies to information you provided to us directly and that we process with your consent or to perform a contract with you.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: If we are processing your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. For instance, if you no longer want to receive our newsletter or marketing emails, you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal.
- Right to Object to Processing: You have the right to object to certain types of processing of your data. In particular, you can always object to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes. If we are processing your data based on a legitimate interest (or on the basis of public interest), you may also object to that processing if you have a specific reason related to your situation. We will honor objection requests unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue the processing or a legal obligation that requires us to continue.
- Right to Restrict Processing: In some cases, you may request that we temporarily limit the processing of your data. For example, you might request restriction if you contest the accuracy of your information and want to verify it, or if you have objected to processing and we are considering that request. When processing is restricted, we can still store your data but will not use it for other purposes until the restriction is lifted.
- Right to Not Be Subject to Automated Decisions: ServMask does not make any significant decisions about you using purely automated means (without human involvement). However, if we ever do so (for example, through an automated fraud screening process), you would have the right to request human review of any decision that significantly affects you.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe that we have infringed your privacy rights or violated data protection laws, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For example, if you are in the EU, you can contact the data protection authority in your country; in the UK, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner; or in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). In California, you can reach out to the California Privacy Protection Agency or the state Attorney General. We encourage you to contact us first at privacy@servmask.com so we can address your concerns directly.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a resident of California, you have certain additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These include:
- Right to Know: You can request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. You may also ask for information about the categories of sources of that information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share the information. (Much of this information is provided in this Privacy Policy.)
- Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information that we have collected, subject to certain exceptions allowed by law (for example, we may retain data needed to complete a transaction you requested or to comply with legal obligations).
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: You have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising purposes. As noted above, we do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide a clear way for you to opt out.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you our Services, charge you a different price, or provide a lesser quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
(California residents also have a right to correct inaccurate personal information and to limit the use of sensitive personal information under the CPRA. We already allow all users to correct their information as described above. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information (as defined in CPRA) for purposes that would trigger a "right to limit," other than to provide our Services.)
To exercise any of your rights, please contact us at privacy@servmask.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (to protect your privacy – for example, we wouldn't want to give your data to someone else). We will respond to your request within the time frame required by applicable law (such as within 30 days for most GDPR requests, or 45 days for CCPA requests, with an extension if needed). There is no charge for making a reasonable request. If your request is excessively repetitive or manifestly unfounded, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to comply, as permitted by law – but we will explain our decision to you if that happens.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 years old. If you are under 16, please do not use our website or provide any information about yourself to us.
In the event that we learn we have collected personal data from a child under 16 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. For children in the United States, we also comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) which generally requires parental consent for collection of personal data from children under 13 – but as noted, our Services are not directed to children under 16 (and by extension, under 13 as well).
If you believe that we might have any information from or about a minor under 16, please contact us so that we can investigate and address the issue. Parents or guardians who believe their child may have provided personal information to us can reach out to privacy@servmask.com, and we will work to delete the data and refrain from collecting any further information from the child.
Compliance with Privacy Laws
We have designed this Privacy Policy to comply with relevant privacy laws and regulations:
- GDPR (European Union/UK): For users in the European Union, United Kingdom, and EEA, we comply with the GDPR and applicable local data protection laws. ServMask Inc. acts as the data controller for your personal data. We adhere to the core principles of GDPR such as lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity/confidentiality, and accountability. We have implemented processes to honor data subject rights as described above.
- CCPA/CPRA (California, USA): For California residents, we comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). This Privacy Policy discloses the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use them, in alignment with CCPA requirements. We also honor the privacy rights of California consumers, as detailed in the Your Privacy Rights section, and we do not sell personal information.
- Other U.S. Privacy Laws: We strive to comply with other applicable privacy laws in the United States. For instance, we follow the CAN-SPAM Act for our email communications (providing clear opt-out mechanisms and truthful subject lines in marketing emails). We also comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not collecting data from children under 13 as noted above. If new state privacy laws (such as those in Colorado, Virginia, or other states) apply to our operations, we will adhere to those as well and extend similar rights and protections to affected users.
- International Laws: For users in other countries (Canada, Australia, etc.), we aim to comply with all applicable data privacy laws in those regions as well. We apply a high standard of privacy protection globally. If local laws provide additional rights or stricter requirements than those described here, we will endeavor to meet those requirements when they apply to our handling of your data.
In case of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and any applicable law, the applicable law will prevail. Our commitment is to be transparent and fair in how we handle your data, no matter where you live.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we make changes, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of the policy.
If the changes are significant, we will provide a prominent notice of the update (for example, by posting a notice on our website or, if appropriate, by emailing you). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when posted, unless indicated otherwise. If you continue to use our Services after a revised Privacy Policy has been posted, it means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of the Services and contact us if you wish to remove your data.
